s 37Amendment of section 37

In the HCS Act, in section 37(1) —

(a)

replace “or an authorised officer” with “, an authorised officer or an auxiliary authorised officer”; and

(b)

replace “or authorised officer” with “, authorised officer or auxiliary authorised officer”.
