Regulation 15
Transport of patients
A licensee must not permit any person to offer, or provide, an emergency ambulance service or a medical transport service to any of the licensee’s patients at any approved permanent premises if the person does not hold a licence under the Act to provide an emergency ambulance service or medical transport service, as the case may be.
