Regulation 16
Requirement to provide certain aspects of contingency care service
In the course of providing a contingency care service at any approved permanent premises, a licensee must ensure that each of the following aspects of the service is available to every patient who requires it:
(a)
nursing service;
(b)
nutrition service;
(c)
pharmaceutical service.
