Citation and commencement
This Order is the Healthcare Services (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 1 July 2026.
Replacement of paragraph 24
In the Healthcare Services (Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 1042/2021), replace paragraph 24 with —“Exemption in relation to provision of nursing home service by social residential home licensee24.—
Section 8 of the Act does not apply in relation to the provision of a nursing home service in a social residential home by a person who holds a valid licence under the Social Residential Homes Act 2025 to operate that social residential home.
In this paragraph, “social residential home” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Social Residential Homes Act 2025.”.
Deletion of Third Schedule
In the Healthcare Services (Exemption) Order 2021, delete the Third Schedule.
