Regulation 24

Exemption in relation to provision of nursing home service by social residential home licensee

Subregulation 1

Section 8 of the Act does not apply in relation to the provision of a nursing home service in a social residential home by a person who holds a valid licence under the Social Residential Homes Act 2025 to operate that social residential home.

Subregulation 2

In this paragraph, “social residential home” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Social Residential Homes Act 2025.
