Step-in arrangements

For the purposes of section 32 of the Act, Part 4 of the Act applies to the following licensees:

(a)

a licensee authorised to provide an acute hospital service;

(b)

a licensee authorised to provide a community hospital service;

(c)

a licensee authorised to provide a nursing home service.
