Transfer of licence

Where there is a change of the licensee because of a transfer or an assignment of a licence, or of any rights, benefits or privileges under a licence, under section 16(1) of the Act, the original licensee must apply to the Director-General to amend the name of the licensee in the licence no later than one month before the transfer or assignment is to take effect.
