Regulation 34
Transfer of human tissue to another human tissue bank
Where any human tissue is to be transferred to another person (called in this regulation the transferee), the licensee must ensure that —
(a)
the transferee is another licensee or a person in a foreign jurisdiction that is licensed, registered, approved or otherwise allowed to carry on the activities of a human tissue bank under the laws of the foreign jurisdiction; and
(b)
there is a written agreement setting out the terms of the transfer of the human tissue.
