Regulation 12
Equipment, materials and supplies
Subregulation 1
A licensee must ensure that there is a process to facilitate prompt access to adequate supplies of equipment, materials and other supplies which are necessary for the provision of any nursing home service in a proper, effective and safe manner.
Subregulation 2
A licensee must not use any equipment, facility or supply that is not adequate, functional, effective or fit for use to provide any care or treatment to a patient.
