QAC supervisor
Subregulation 1
In addition to regulation 22(1) of the General Regulations, a licensee must appoint, as the licensee’s QAC supervisor, an individual who is the licensee’s employee.
Subregulation 2
In this regulation, “QAC supervisor” means the QAC supervisor who is appointed under regulation 22(1) of the General Regulations.
