Holding of dead bodies of patients
Subregulation 1
A licensee must designate a suitable place in every approved permanent premises for the holding of the dead bodies of patients.
Subregulation 2
A licensee must hold the dead bodies only at the place so designated to hold dead bodies pending the collection of the dead bodies.
