Requirement to provide certain aspects of nursing home service

Regulation 20
In the course of providing a nursing home service at any approved permanent premises, a licensee must ensure that each of the following aspects of the service is available to every patient who requires it:
(a)
nursing service;
(b)
nutrition service.
