Regulation 23
A licensee must not use the term “hospice”, “specialised hospice service”, “specialised hospice”, or any abbreviation or derivative of that term, in any language, to convey the impression that the licensee provides a hospice service, unless the licensee is approved to provide a hospice service as a specified service.
