Regulation 41
Display of charges, etc.
Subregulation 1
A licensee must ensure that the monthly fees and administrative fees charged by the licensee for a nursing home service are displayed or otherwise made available at every approved permanent premises.
Subregulation 2
In this regulation, “monthly fees” means the room and board charges that are charged to a patient on a monthly basis and includes the charges for the provision of accommodation, food, personal care and nursing care to the patient.
