In the Highway Code, in paragraph 39 —
(a)
after “bicycle” wherever it appears, insert “, three‑wheeled pedal cycle or recumbent device”; and
(b)
after “bicycle’s”, insert “, three‑wheeled pedal cycle’s or recumbent device’s”.
