Meetings shall be convened whenever required but not less than 4 times in any year.

Where any matter requires urgent decision, the Secretary of the Board may circulate the relevant papers for the decision of the Board and a resolution approved by circulation shall be tabled for formal approval at the next meeting of the Board and, subject to that, the resolution is deemed to have been passed by the Board on the date of completion of circulation.
