46. Proof of service
Feedback & supportThe affidavit or oral evidence of an owner or his servant or agent as to the delivery, leaving or posting of any notice or document required or authorised to be served, given or sent by this Act shall be admissible as prima facie proof of service, giving or sending of the notice or document.
