6G. Interpretation of this Part

“business” has the same meaning as in the Sale of Goods Act 1979;

“goods” includes any replacement or renewal by the hirer of any part or parts of any goods and any accessory added or addition made to any goods by the hirer during the period of the hiring;

references to dealing as consumer are to be construed in accordance with Part 1 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
