Regulation 3

Application

These Regulations apply only to any hire‑purchase agreement or conditional sale agreement made on or after 6 April 2013 for a motor vehicle where —

(a)

the relevant agreement was made on or after 6 April 2013; or

(b)

the certificate of entitlement for the motor vehicle was issued on or after 6 April 2013.
