26. Regulations for administration of Fund
Feedback & supportThe Minister may make regulations for the proper control and management of the Fund and, in particular, regulations —
(a)
providing for the remuneration of the trustees;
(b)
prescribing the procedure to be followed by the Board in the exercise of its functions; and

“Board” means the Board of Trustees appointed under section 19 for the administration and management of the INVEST Fund;
(c)
relating to the accounting, reporting, auditing and periodic examination of the Fund.
