32. Protection from personal liability
Feedback & supportNo liability shall lie against any member, any committee member, the Chief Executive or any employee of the Agency, or any other person acting under the direction of the Agency, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —
liability
“liability”, in relation to the transferor, means any liability, duty or obligation (whether actual or contingent, liquidated or unliquidated, and whether owed alone or jointly, or jointly and severally with any other person) of the transferor on the eve of the transfer date;
the exercise or purported exercise of any power of the Agency; or
Agency
“Agency” means the Home Team Science and Technology Agency established by section 3;
the performance or purported performance of any function of the Agency.
