The Director‑General must cause to be kept and maintained a register of all licensed homes.

“Director‑General” means the Director‑General of Social Welfare and includes any person who is authorised by the Director‑General to perform any of the duties or exercise any of the powers of the Director‑General under this Act or any of its regulations;

Every licensee may be required to keep and maintain such register of residents and staff as the Director‑General considers necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
