Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Homes for the Aged (Revocation) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Revocation
Revoke the following Regulations:
the Homes for the Aged Regulations (Rg 1);
the Homes for the Aged (Exemption) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 816/2023).
