Regulation 24
Voting after adjournment or closing of poll
No polling paper shall be given to a voter after the hour fixed for the adjournment or closing of the poll, except that if at that hour there is in the polling place any voter to whom a polling paper has been given, the voter shall be allowed to record his vote.
