Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 4) Order 2026 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation S508 2026, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2026.
Citation and commencement
This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 4) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 21 July 2026.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Ho Ching Road,
Corporation Drive, Tah Ching Road, Yuan Ching Road and Tao Ching Road,
comprised in Lot number 03042N in Mukim 06 and on which Apartment
Block 115 is erected, and in Lot number 02920C in Mukim 06 and on which
Apartment Blocks 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329 and 330 are
erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

2. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pasir Ris Drive 4,
Pasir Ris Drive 3 and Pasir Ris Street 21, comprised in Lot number 05311L in
Mukim 31 and on which Apartment Blocks 231, 232, 233 and 234 are erected, in
Lot number 05318A in Mukim 31 and on which Apartment Blocks 235, 236, 237,
238, 239, 240 and 241 are erected, and in Lot number 05320T in Mukim 31 and on
which Apartment Blocks 242, 243, 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250 and 251 are
erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Tah Ching Road,
Yuan Ching Road and Kang Ching Road, comprised in Lot number 02970W in
Mukim 06 and on which Apartment Blocks 331, 332, 333, 334, 335 and 336 are
erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.
