Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 5) Order 2026 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation S510 2026, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2026.
Citation and commencement
This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 5) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 22 July 2026.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Holland Close,
Holland Avenue, Commonwealth Avenue and Jalan Hitam Manis, comprised in
Lot number 05516V in Mukim 04 and on which Apartment Blocks 3, 3A, 5, 30
and 30A are erected, and in Lot number 06436K in Mukim 04 and on which
Apartment Blocks 7 and 7A are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey
dot in Plan 1.

2. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Jelapang Road,
Bukit Panjang Ring Road and Saujana Road, comprised in Lot number 00867L in
Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 501, 502, 503, 504 and 505 are
erected, and in Lot number 00864K in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment
Blocks 506, 507, 508, 509, 510, 511 and 512 are erected, which blocks are each
marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

Street 71, Jurong West Avenue 4, Pioneer Road North and Jurong West Avenue 5,
comprised in Lot number 00576T in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment
Blocks 701, 702, 708, 709 and 710 are erected, and in Lot number 01707P in
Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 703, 704, 705, 706 and 707 are
erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.

187 are erected, and in Lot number 04972P in Mukim 31 and on which Apartment
Blocks 188, 189, 190, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198 and 199 are erected,
which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 4.
