Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 6) Order 2026

This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 6) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 4 August 2026.

The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1. All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bedok Reservoir

Road, Eunos Link, Kaki Bukit Avenue 1 and Jalan Tenaga, comprised in Lot

number 06889T in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 633, 634, 635, 636,

637, 643 and 644 are erected, in Lot number 04740N in Mukim 23 and on which

Apartment Blocks 638, 639, 640, 641 and 642 are erected, and in Lot

number 04695K in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 645, 646, 647,

648 and 649 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.
