This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 8) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 18 September 2026.

reg 2Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme

The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
