This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 9) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 5 October 2026.

reg 2Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
