This Notification may be cited as the Housing Developers (Exemption) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 7th June 1996.

Housing Developers (Exemption) Notification 1996 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation HDCLA-S260-1996 1965, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1965.
This Notification may be cited as the Housing Developers (Exemption) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 7th June 1996.
The Minister hereby exempts the developers appointed from time to time under section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act 1996 from such rules as are made under section 22(2)(d) and (e) of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act. [Act 10 of 1996.]
