Regulation 2

The Minister hereby exempts the developers appointed from time to time under section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act 1996 from such rules as are made under section 22(2)(d) and (e) of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act. [Act 10 of 1996.]
