12. Body corporate’s address

A body corporate shall appoint an address for the service of notices on the body corporate.

“body corporate” means a body corporate constituted under an order made by the Minister pursuant to section 3;

A body corporate shall forthwith notify the Commissioner and the Board any address appointed by it for the service of notices on the body corporate and of any change of its address.
