18. Director‑General may issue directions

  “hospital” means a hospital which is declared by the Minister, by notification in the Gazette, to be a hospital for the purposes of this Act or any part of the Act;

  “licensee”, in relation to a hospital, means the person to whom a licence has been issued under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980 in respect of the hospital;
