Section 25

Obstruction of inspectors, etc.

Any person who —

(a)

refuses or fails to comply with any requirement of an inspector under section 21(1)(a) or (b);

(b)

refuses to answer any question put to the person by an inspector under section 22(1)(a) or gives a false answer to such question; or

(c)

wilfully obstructs an inspector in the exercise of the inspector’s authority under this Part,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[15K
