Regulation 1

Citation and commencement

This Notification is the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2026 and, except for paragraph 2(a), comes into operation on 6 August 2026.

Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 2 January 2026.

Subregulation 1

This Notification is the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2026 and, except for paragraph 2(a), comes into operation on 6 August 2026.

Subregulation 2

Paragraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 2 January 2026.

Regulation 2

Amendment of Schedule

In the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) (Consolidation) Notification 2025, in the Schedule —

(a)

in Part 1, in item (22), in the first column, replace “Woodlands Health” with “Woodlands Hospital (formerly known as Woodlands Health)”; and

(b)

in Part 2, in the first column, delete items (1) and (4).
