In this Notification —“pleasure craft” has the meaning given by regulation 2(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Pleasure Craft) Regulations (Cap. 170A, Rg 6);“yacht” means a vessel which is used exclusively for pleasure purposes and for the use of which a passenger (if any) is not charged a separate and distinct fare.
