Clause 68
Section 105P(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c); and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraph:“(ca)provide that a contravention of any specified provision is an offence; and”.
