Clause 70

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

The Fifth Schedule to the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting sub‑paragraph (a) of paragraph 1;

(b)

by deleting paragraph 2;

(c)

by deleting sub‑paragraph (i) of paragraph 3(a);

(d)

by deleting “2008,” in paragraph 5(1);

(e)

by deleting sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 5(1);

(f)

by deleting sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph 6;

(g)

by deleting the words “sub‑paragraphs (1) and (2)” in paragraph 6(3) and substituting the words “sub‑paragraph (2)”; and

(h)

by deleting the words “sub‑paragraph (1) or (2)” in paragraph 6(3) and substituting the words “sub‑paragraph (2)”.
