Citation

This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) (No. 2) Order 2001.

Exemption

Onyx Asia Holdings Pte Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the foreign dividends it receives in Singapore from approved investments in a country outside Singapore, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 2nd August 2001 addressed to the company.
