Citation and commencement
of Income Tax (Exemption of Income of Approved Venture Company) (Amendment) Regulations 2026
These Regulations are the Income Tax (Exemption of Income of Approved Venture Company) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.
Regulations 2 and 3 are deemed to have come into operation on 19 February 2020.
Regulation 4 is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2020.
Regulation 5 is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations are the Income Tax (Exemption of Income of Approved Venture Company) (Amendment) Regulations 2026.
Subregulation 2
Regulations 2 and 3 are deemed to have come into operation on 19 February 2020.
Subregulation 3
Regulation 4 is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2020.
Subregulation 4
Regulation 5 is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
