Regulation 3
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 3 —
(a)
in paragraphs (a) and (b)(iii), replace “approved investment” wherever it appears with “authorised investment”; and
(b)
in paragraph (b)(i), replace “approved investments” with “authorised investments”.
