There shall be exempt from withholding tax the interest payable by the Development Bank of Singapore to Zenkyoren (National Mutual Insurance Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives), Japan, under the Loan Agreement dated 23rd May 1997 from 23rd May 1997 to 30th May 2007.
