Amendment of Notifications

Subregulation 1

Paragraph 4 of the Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments on Economic and Technological Development Loans) (Consolidation) Notification (N 5) is deleted, with effect from 5th September 2000.

Subregulation 2

Paragraph 3 of the Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments on Economic and Technological Development Loans) (Consolidation) Notification (N 6) is deleted, with effect from 5th September 2000.

Subregulation 3

Paragraph 5 of the Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments for Economic and Technological Development Loans) (Consolidation) Notification (N 10) is deleted, with effect from 5th September 2000.
