Regulation 7
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 14 —
(a)
after paragraph (7), insert —“(7A) In the case of a reporting Singaporean financial institution that is a trust, a requirement under any of the following paragraphs must be complied with by the trustee of the reporting Singaporean financial institution:
(a)
paragraph (1);
(b)
paragraph (5);
(c)
paragraph (7).”;
(b)
in paragraph (9), after “a reporting Singaporean financial institution”, insert “or (in the case of a reporting Singaporean financial institution that is a trust) its trustee”; and
(c)
in paragraph (9), after “the institution” wherever it appears, insert “or trustee (as the case may be)”.
