Subregulation 1
Income comprising dividends amounting to $18,249,090 that is received in Singapore by Sunstar Singapore Pte. Ltd. (a company incorporated in Singapore) from Sunstar Marketing Hong Kong Ltd (a company incorporated in Hong Kong) in the basis periods for the years of assessment 2017 to 2019 is exempt from tax.
Subregulation 2
The exemption in sub-paragraph (1) is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 23 July 2021 addressed to Drew & Napier LLC.
