Regulation 1
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Income Tax (Supplementary Retirement Scheme) Regulations 2003. (2) These Regulations shall, with the exception of regulation 9(3) to (6), come into operation on 13th January 2003.(3) Regulation 9(3) to (6) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2001.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Income Tax (Supplementary Retirement Scheme) Regulations 2003.
Subregulation 2
These Regulations shall, with the exception of regulation 9(3) to (6), come into operation on 13th January 2003.
Subregulation 3
Regulation 9(3) to (6) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2001.
