(1)
All fees, charges and moneys collected by the Director-General of Health in connection with the administration of this Act must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

“Director-General” means the Director‑General of Public Health appointed under section 3(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act 1987;
(2)
All fees, charges and moneys collected by the Director‑General of Public Health in connection with the administration of this Act must be paid to the Agency.

“Agency” means the National Environment Agency established under the National Environment Agency Act 2002;
