Clause 4
In the principal Act, in section 4 —
(a)
in subsection (1)(b), delete “or” at the end;
(b)
in subsection (1)(c), replace “institution,” with “entity or institution;”;
(c)
in subsection (1), after paragraph (c), insert —“(d)employee of a prescribed service provider engaged by any Government ministry or statutory body; or
(e)
auxiliary police officer,”; (d)in subsection (1), delete “particular”; and
(e)
after subsection (1), insert —“(1A) The Director‑General of Public Health, the Director‑General, Food Administration or the Director‑General of Health may at any time revoke the appointment of a Health Officer appointed under subsection (1), or vary any condition or restriction of the appointment.”.
