Amendment of section 7
In the principal Act, in section 7 —
(a)
in subsection (2), after “any person”, insert “or class of persons”;
(b)
in subsection (2)(a)(i), replace “(known to the person at those times)” with “known to the person (or any person in the class of persons) at those times”;
(c)
in subsection (2)(a)(ii), after “that person”, insert “(or any person in the class of persons)”; and
(d)
in subsection (3), after “a person”, insert “(including a person in a class of persons)”.
