Amendment of section 10

In the principal Act, in section 10 —

(a)

in subsection (1), replace “carrier or contact” with “an at‑risk individual”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(b), delete “with the approval of the appropriate Minister,”;

(c)

in subsection (1)(b), delete “, hospital, medical clinic, clinical laboratory or healthcare establishment”; and

(d)

in subsection (5), delete the definitions of “clinical laboratory”, “healthcare establishment” and “medical clinic”.
